Shipping and Returns
Shipping is $10 per order to the contiguous United States.
We currently are processing orders in about a week. If you need your order faster, we do offer an expedited processing time for an additional charge. You can email us for more information.
Once your order is cut, sanded, inspected, and packaged for shipping, we will create the shipping label. The map below will show you approximately how long to arrive at your address. The shipping companies will send an email with the tracking after we create the shipping label for your order.
If you order incorrectly or decide you do not want the product, you can email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a refund for the order subtotal (does not including shipping). Orders returned without the RMA number or after 10 days of the RMA being issued, we will refuse the package and send it back to you.
Custom products will incur a 50% restocking fee. Stock products (marked as stock on the website) will incur a 15% restocking fee.
If we make a mistake on your order, we will be happy to replace the product if you notify us with 7 days of receiving your order.
If you must cancel your order, we will be more than happy to work with you, as long as the order has not been started or processed. If the order has been started, there will be an order cancellation fee. The cancellation fee depends on where the order is at in our system. This fee will range from 10% to 50% of the order subtotal.
